Enquiries

Messages sent from your website's contact form go to Enquiries, and are emailed to your firm's contact email (set in General settings; if it's empty, to the firm owner).

Each enquiry shows who sent it, their email, the message, and whether it's New or Read. Open an enquiry to mark it read. The dashboard counts New enquiries.

Read enquiries are deleted automatically after 24 months.
