Your account
My account holds your own details, separate from the firm's. Open it by clicking your name at the bottom of the sidebar. It has three tabs.
Profile
- Photo: click Change photo to upload a JPG, PNG or WebP image (up to 5 MB), or Remove it.
- Personal information: your first name, last name and email.
- Bio: a short biography.
- Website profile: your title, focus, admissions, education, public email, phone and LinkedIn link.
Your name, photo and bio are shared by everything your account appears on, including the firm's website team page if you're published there. See Your team on the site.
Security
- Change password: enter your current password and the new one twice.
- Two-factor authentication: see Signing in and two-factor authentication.
Privacy
- Email preferences: tick or untick Send me marketing emails. Emails about your work (invitations, notifications, invoices) aren't affected.
- Download your data: request an export of your personal data.
- Delete my account: erases your personal details straight away and signs you out. It can't be undone. If you own a firm, see Privacy and deleting your firm instead.
